New security measures in the Admin Console

The Admin Console’s security interface has been updated. Click Security > 2-Step Verification settings to easily activate and adjust your 2SV settings to protect your account and prevent unintended lock-outs. Roll-out for this update has begun and will conclude in early June.

Updated Google Groups interface now generally available

Google Groups, which makes it easy to create and participate in threaded discussions, now has an updated interface with more streamlined controls. Release of this update began on May 26th, 2020 and will conclude on June 23rd. Admins should keep an eye on their Admin Console for the opportunity to activate this update for their users.

Use Google Voice in Gmail

You can now make, receive, and transfer Google Voice calls in Gmail while using Chrome or Firefox! This update is available by default. Find this intuitively-designed integration on the right-hand side of your Gmail inbox:
