A Morning of Connection
The day began with a welcome coffee break, allowing the team to reconnect and recharge before diving into a robust agenda. From the start, the energy was focused and collaborative. This atmosphere set a high bar for the productive sessions to follow. Between strategic deep dives, we held individual and group photoshoots. These captured the talented people behind the work who are the true engine of our success.
A Unified Vision for 2026
Our midday session centered on the 2026 Annual All-Hands presentations. Each department from Owners to Operations, Professional Services, Account Management, Product, and Marketing shared a unique perspective. This highlighted both achievements and opportunities ahead.
These sessions weren’t just updates, they were a reminder of how interconnected our work is and how each team contributes to a larger, shared vision.
Collaboration in Action
Following the All-Hands, we shifted from listening to doing. Through targeted team building activities, we identified cross departmental dependencies and uncovered new ways to streamline our workflows. This momentum flowed into an open roundtable discussion, where we tackled risks and explored growth opportunities. These raw, honest conversations are often where the most valuable insights emerge.
Setting the Compass for 2026
We concluded the working sessions by reviewing our 2026 OKRs. This was a vital moment to ensure our long-term goals are as cohesive as they are ambitious. By refining these objectives together, we left the room with a collective commitment to the road ahead.
Ending on a High Note
After a day of rigorous strategy, the team headed to Ceache Rooftop in the Historic Center to unwind. With incredible views and even better company, it was the perfect way to close out a meaningful day. This day celebrated progress while strengthening the relationships that make our work possible.
