Support Specialist – Google Workspace

As a Support Specialist at HiView Solutions, you will work with the Technical team to help our customers with their support needs. You will be required to meet SLAs and achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.  We are seeking a Google Workspace expert with a proven track record of success and depth of technical expertise. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Respond, diagnose, track, and resolve customer support cases in calls and via email
  • Troubleshoot technical problems, identify customer needs, and develop creative solutions
  • Promptly and independently resolve technical incidents and escalations, with effective communication to all stakeholders internally and externally
  • Maintain response and resolution speed as defined by SLAs
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to a support knowledge base


Preferred qualifications and skills: 

  • 2+ years of experience working with Google Workspace products
  • Previous experience in a Support Specialist role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for learning and knowledge sharing
  • Good understanding of Email client protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3)
  • Google APIs knowledge is a plus
  • Google Cloud Platform knowledge is a plus
