Results:

The coordinated cutover of MX records from Microsoft to Google Workspace ensured a seamless transition of mail flow, maintaining continuous service with zero downtime or message loss. By migrating 25 user accounts with a 99.95% success rate, the project achieved total data continuity successfully transferring over 170,000 emails, 6,700 calendar events, and all vital contact records with minimal disruption to daily operations.

This transition concluded with comprehensive, hands-on administrative training, empowering the team to navigate and manage the Google Workspace Admin console with full confidence. As a result, the organization now benefits from a unified communication ecosystem backed by Google’s reliable infrastructure and a technical team fully equipped to maintain long-term operational efficiency.
