Our client, New Engen, an industry leading performance creator marketing solution, operated on three different Google Workspace instances and one Microsoft Office instance, thus facing challenges in collaboration and data management. They required a unified, cloud-based solution to streamline their operations.

The primary goal was to migrate from three separate Google Workspace and one Microsoft Office instances into one Google Workspace instance. The migration included SharePoint and Box.com files, aiming to enhance collaboration, data accessibility, and overall efficiency. The project also involved consolidating, upgrading, and implementing into Google Workspace Enterprise.

Challenges
1. Complex Data Migration: The volume of data (1.02 TB of files and 5.43 TB of emails) and the need to transfer from multiple sources (SharePoint and Box.com) posed significant challenges.
2. User Transition: Ensuring all 425 users transitioned smoothly to the new platform without disruption.
3. Group Management: Migrating 200 groups and maintaining their structures and permissions.
