Our policy is simple: we never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. The security of your personal information is very important to us and we are committed to protecting the information we collect. We at HiView have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our website.
We collect the domain name and email address (where possible) of visitors to our website, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via email, as well as information volunteered by the visitor, such as preferences, survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used only by HiView Solutions internally for marketing purposes. Upon request we provide site visitors with access to all information (including proprietary information) that we maintain about them.
HiView Solutions will attempt to investigate and promptly resolve any disputes or complaints regarding the interpretation or compliance with this Statement. In the event that HiView Solutions is unable to resolve any issues or complaints to your satisfaction, then the dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Statement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this Statement to arbitration, shall be determined by arbitration in San Luis Obispo, California, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Domestic (or International, as applicable) Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
California law permits residents of California to request certain details about what personal information a company shares with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. HiView Solutions does not share your information with third parties for the third parties’ own and independent direct marketing purposes. If you have any questions about what information HiView Solutions may share with third parties that are not already answered in this Statement, please contact HiView Solutions at email@example.com. Certain browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” features. Most of these features, when turned on, send a signal or preference to the websites you visit indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. Those sites (or the third-party content on those sites) may continue to engage in activities you might view as tracking even though you have expressed this preference, depending on the sites’ privacy practices. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret the Do Not Track signal, HiView Solutions does not currently respond to the browser Do Not Track signals on its websites or online services.
If you do not want to receive emails from us in the future, please reply to an email from us and put “unsubscribe” feature on the subject line of any email you may have received from HiView Solutions, or simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and you will be removed from our database.
