The role
Every AI rollout fails the same way: the tooling works, and six weeks later half the staff have quietly gone back to the old way. Your job is to make sure that doesn’t happen to our clients.
This is change management delivered through training. You’ll run remote webinars and hands-on sessions on Claude Code and Claude Cowork, hold standing office hours where client staff bring their real work, and build the bespoke training that ships with every custom Claude SDK system our engineers deliver. Working alongside our Applied AI Solutions Architect, the split is simple: the architect scopes the deployment; you make the client’s people capable of living in it. You’ll work from our existing session catalog, built on Anthropic’s AI Fluency framework and partner training, and tailor it to each client’s actual stack.
What you’ll do
- Deliver live remote training on Claude Code and Cowork, hands-on, on the client’s real workflows, with a takeaway artifact every session
- Run recurring office hours; turn the recurring questions into new material
- Own the adoption arc: champions, communications, and the follow-through after the training calendar ends
- Turn engineering handoffs (runbooks, permissions, failure modes) into curriculum for custom SDK builds
- Measure adoption, usage and workflow change, not attendance, and report it at handoff
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years delivering technical training or enablement, with real change management ownership, you’ve saved a failing rollout and can tell us how
- Technical enough to be credible: you use Claude Code and Cowork yourself, demo live, and handle unrehearsed questions without an engineer on standby
- Excellent remote facilitation, for skeptical operations staff and developers alike
- The honesty to tell a client when a workflow shouldn’t move to Claude
Nice to have
- AI Fluency facilitation or Claude Certified Architect training, we’ll certify you in your first quarter otherwise
- Formal change management background
- Google Workspace rollout experience
